1. Introduction

3. Fees and Cancellation

Fees are shown on the Site and include applicable taxes unless stated. Payment is in advance. Cancel at contact@stellarcreativespace.com or +380 931 140 2453. Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before inspection; later cancellations may incur a fee. If we cancel, you receive a full refund.

4. User Obligations and IP

Do not misuse the Site or use it unlawfully. All Site content is owned by or licensed to stellarcreativespace.com LLC and protected by Ukrainian and international law. No copying without our written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' of 12 May 1991.

6. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

7. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms; the new version will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use means acceptance.
