Our engineers inspect the car where it stands, not at a garage the dealer chose. We put it on a lift, read paint thickness on every panel, pull the fault memory and match the documents to the VIN. Nothing is skipped because the owner is in a hurry to close the sale.
The 120 points sit in five blocks, so you can see where the real risk is before you talk about money.
03 / Checklist
Each check is logged with a measurement or photo reference, then rated green for within tolerance, amber for monitor or repair soon, red for stop and negotiate. Open a group to see representative rows from the checklist.
04 / Report contents
Every finding is tied to the VIN you send us, so the dossier cannot be reused for another car. The header repeats the plate, the mileage at inspection and the Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, Dnipro or Kharkiv branch that handled it.
38 to 60 photos with hotspots drawn on each defect. In the web version, hovering a callout shows which panel it belongs to and what repair it implies.
A gauge reading for all 24 body panels with factory ranges, so filler or a repaint shows up before you negotiate.
Green passes, amber items to watch and red stop-signs, each with an estimated repair cost in UAH.
05 / COVERAGE
Our inspectors live in the five cities where most Ukrainian used cars change hands. Each note below describes the faults we meet most often in that market, so the dossier reflects what actually matters where the car is sold.
The largest and most competitive market, with a high share of cars bought at North American auctions. We read the frame rails, check straightened structural panels and confirm whether airbags were replaced after a write-off.
Most stock crosses the Polish and Slovak borders, so service records are dense but odometer questions on imported diesels are common. We compare ECU mileage with the service book and the wear on pedals, seats and tyres.
Salt air and port auctions shape this market. Undercarriage corrosion, rusted brake and fuel lines and water-damaged interiors appear here far more often than in inland cities.
Long-distance cars and rough road surfaces wear suspension parts quickly. We check control arms, shock absorbers and subframe mounts, and look for panel repairs after hail or impact damage.
Locally fitted LPG conversions are common here. We ask for the installation certificate, read the tank date stamp and run a leak test on the lines and the reducer.
Buying outside these five cities? Ask about an out-of-town inspection and we will confirm travel terms before you book.
The 120-point inspection covers body panels, paint thickness readings, undercarriage, engine, transmission, electronics, and documents. Every finding reaches you the same day in a written dossier, rated green, amber, or red, with photos attached to the items that matter.
Buying support is optional. Add negotiation and a post-inspection price review to the same booking, or keep it to the report alone. The final price depends on the city and the vehicle class.
